RAdm. Kenneth W. Epps will be assigned as Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command. He is currently serving as Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command Weapons System Support. He served on USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63), USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55) and USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), and commanded the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center in Pearl Harbor. RAdm. Epps’s other assignments include Aide and Flag Lieutenant to Commander, NAVSUP and Chief of Supply Corps, Action Officer, Defense Logistics Agency (J33), Director, Material Budgets, Naval Inventory Control Point – Philadelphia, Assistant Commander for Financial Management and Comptroller, NAVSUP, Chief, Strategy and Readiness Division, Joint Staff (J4), Assistant Commander for Supply Operations and Logistics Policy, NAVSUP, and Director, Fleet Ordnance and Supply/Fleet Supply Officer (N41), U.S. Fleet Forces Command. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
