Erie County, Pennsylvania’s Human Relations Commission has hired Kelly Ryan as the Commission’s new Executive Director. Ryan is a Erie resident with 20 years of experience in the field of human services. Prior coming to the Erie County she was employed with the Community Care Behavioral Health Organization of UPMC Hamot as the Provider Relations Representative. Ryan previously worked with Hamot Medical Center, Crisis Prevention Institute, Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot, Penn State Cooperative Expension, Salvation Army and Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Specialized Studies in Humanities from PennWest Edinboro.
