Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has named Leigh M. Chapman Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has named Leigh M. Chapman Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth. Most recently Executive Director of Deliver My Vote, Ms. Chapman has served as Voting Rights Program Senior Director for the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, as Senior Policy Advisor for Let America Vote, as Policy Director for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as Voter Protection Staff Attorney for the Advancement Project, and as an Associate for Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP. She earned a BA in American Studies and History at the University of Virginia in 2006 and a JD at Howard University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Chapman replaces outgoing Acting Secretary Veronica Degraffenreid.
