Bobby Henry Jr. has been named a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA)

The US Army has appointed Mr. Bobby Henry Jr.. as a new Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA). Henry will represent Maryland (South). Henry earned a three-year Army scholarship and served on active duty assisting students obtain ROTC scholarships. Each state, Washington DC, and five US territories have one or more CASAs who provide a link between the Army and the communities in which they serve.
