President Joseph Biden has announced his intention to nominate Radhika Fox to be Assistant Administrator for Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

April 30, 2021: President Joseph Biden has announced his intention to nominate Radhika Fox to be Assistant Administrator for Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Ms. Fox curently serves at the EPA's Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator for Water, and has worked as Chief Executive Officer of the US Water Alliance, as Policy and Government Affairs Director for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and as Federal Policy Director for PolicyLink. She earned a BA at Columbia University in 1995 and an MA in city and regional planning at the University of California in Berkeley in 2000. If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Ms. Fox will replace outgoing Assistant Administrator David Ross.
