Clark Ogilvie has been appointed as General Counsel for the Farm Credit Administration

April 7, 2021: Clark Ogilvie has been appointed as General Counsel for the Farm Credit Administration. Most recently Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Mr. Ogilvie has served the U.S. House of Representatives as Special Counsel, as Legislative Director, and as Subcommittee Staff Director to the Committee on Agriculture, and as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Bob Etheridge. Prior to this, he worked as a Legislative Analyst for Hogan & Hartson, as Deputy Director for Correspondence to Vice President Al Gore, and as Legislative Assistant / Correspondent to U.S. Senator Jim Sasser of TN. Mr. Ogilvie earned a BA in international / global studies at Rhodes College and a JD at George Washington University Law School. He succeeds retiring General Counsel Charles R. Rawls.
