CSM Devin Winnegan was recently named the new Command Sergeant Major for Garrison White Sands Missile Range

April 6, 2021: CSM Devin Winnegan was recently named the new Command Sergeant Major for Garrison White Sands Missile Range. He succeeds former CSM Robert L. Parker, II. CSM Winnegan enlisted in the United States Army in February of 1995 and completed OSUT at Fort Knox, KY. Upon completion of OSUT, he was awarded MOS 19D3 Calvary Scout. He has held various positions throughout his Army career including Platoon Sergeant, Squad Leader, Bradley Commander, Gunner and Driver, G-3 Operations NCOIC and CSM of 2-357IN JBLM Washington, among others. Prior to his current position, CSM Winnegan served as the Senior Enlisted OC/T, JMRC (Grizzly), Hohenfels, Germany. He holds an associate degree in Business Management from Excelsior College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trident University.
