The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has named Matthew Kozma its new Chief Information Officer (CIO)

October 14, 2020: The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has named Matthew Kozma its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, Kozma will serve as CIO of the Intelligence Community. Prior to his current role, Kozma served as the delegated Department of Defense Executive Agent for Unified Platform and Joint Cyber Command and Control. Kozma has also served in numerous positions supporting the DOD, IC, and private sector on efforts spanning space, intelligence, and cyber research and development, acquisitions, operations and international partnerships. He received his commission as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy having completed a double major earning degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics. He continues to serve as a Colonel in the Air Force Reserves. Kozma steps into this role after Deputy CIO La’Naia Jones served as acting CIO.
