Solano County, CA, Supervisor Monica Brown Officially Declared that she has Won Re-Election to the Five-Person Board of Supervisors

March 24, 2020: Solano County, CA, Supervisor Monica Brown officially declared that she has won re-election to the five-person Board of Supervisors. Brown received 51.07 percent of the vote as she beat back challenges from local businesswomen Rochelle Sherlock (25.09 percent), and K. Patrice Williams (23.84 percent), respectively, according to results on the county’s webpage. Brown was first elected to the board of supervisors in 2016 – after serving a term on the Solano Community College Governing Board. She represents District 2, which includes the city of Benicia, portions of Fairfield, Mare Island and all of Vallejo located south of Georgia Street.
