Megan Whittemore appointed as Chief of Staff for U.S. Sen. David Perdue, Georgia Republican

March 12, 2019: Megan Whittemore has been appointed as the Chief of Staff for U.S. Sen. David Perdue, Georgia Republican. She was previously a Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director. As Perdue’s Chief of Staff, Whittemore succeeds Derrick Dickey, who resigned to run Perdue’s 2020 re-election campaign and work as a Senior Adviser for Perdue.
