David Nesting appointed Deputy Chief Information Officer, U.S. Office of Personnel Management

Feb. 11, 2019: David Nesting was appointed as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019. Nesting succeeds Rob Leahy, who resigned from OPM in October, 2018, to work at the Internal Revenue Service at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Nesting previously worked as the Director of Engineering at the White House U.S. Digital Service; as a site reliability engineer at Google; and as a Technical Architect at AT&T.
