Kevin McGee retires as Prince William County, Va., Fire Chief

Feb. 8, 2019: Kevin McGee retired as the Prince William County, Va., Fire Chief on Jan. 11, 2019. Deputy Fire Chief Tim Keen was named to succeed McGee as the Acting Fire Chief. McGee entered the Prince William County Fire and Rescue Academy in 1979. He held positions at various levels of the county’s Fire and Rescue System through the years. He was the county’s Fire Chief for the last eleven years. "It has been an honor and privilege to serve the Prince William County community for 39 years," McGee said in a statement.
