Dennis Johnson appointed Director, Performance and Management Center, Labor Department

Nov. 6, 2018: Dennis Johnson has been appointed as the Director of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management’s (OASAM) Performance Management Center at the U.S. Department of Labor. He had held that position on an acting basis for the past twenty-three months, and he developed a new four-year strategic plan, expanded the department’s continuous process improvement (CPI) program, and strengthened connections between the department’s budget and performance functions. Johnson’s appointment was announced in an e-mail by Bryan Slater, the Labor Department’s Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, that was obtained by Federal News Network.
