Wanda Minoli appointed Commissioner, Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles

October 8, 2018: Wanda Minoli was appointed as the Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) by Gov. Phil Scott on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Minoli was most recently the DMV’s Acting Commissioner, a position he held since December, 2017. The Vermont DMV helps an average of 5,000 Vermonters per week, processing more than one-million individual transactions annually, and working as a conduit for voter registration. There are nearly 800,000 vehicles registered in Vermont, and there are more than 650,000 credentials issued through the DMV.
