Kevin Mullin appointed Chairman, Vermont Green Mountain Care Board

Sept. 14, 2018: Kevin Mullin was re-appointed as the Chairman of the Vermont Green Mountain Care Board by Gov. Phil Scott on August 22, 2018. Mullin, of Rutland, has been the Acting Chairman of the Board for the last fifteen months, completing the rest of Al Gobeille’s term. Gobeille resigned in January, 2017, to take the position of Secretary of Human Services. Mullin is a former small business owner and entrepreneur. He previously worked for nineteen years in the Vermont State Legislature. As a Member of the Senate Health and Welfare Committee, he helped to write Catamount Health and Green Mountain Care legislation. Mullin has worked on community and professional boards. Mullin received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Castleton University.
