Kari Dooley confirmed as U.S. District Court Judge for Connecticut

Sept. 10, 2018: Kari A. Dooley was confirmed as a U.S. District Court Judge for Connecticut by the U.S. Senate on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018. Dooley, of Connecticut, has been a Connecticut Superior Court Judge since 2004. Before that, Dooley worked for twelve years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for Connecticut, rising to the rank of Supervisory Assistant U.S. Attorney and Counsel to the U.S. Attorney. Dooley started her legal career as an associate at the Greenwich office of Whitman and Ransom. Dooley received her B.A. from Cornell University, and her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
