Randy Phillips hired as Vice President, Corporate Development, Leidos

August 8, 2018: Randy Phillips has been hired as the Vice President for Corporate Development at Leidos. Phillips most recently held the same position at Ellucian. Phillips has more than three decades of experience in corporate development at several technology firms, including Boeing, TRW, Alcoa and the Computer Sciences Corporation. He has led deals worth about $40 billion in combined value in twenty countries. He has worked as a strategic adviser to private equity firms and advisory companies such as KKR, TPG, General Atlantic, Leonard Green Partners and The Chertoff Group.
