August 6, 2018: Tim Reardon has announced that he plans to resign as the President of the Defense and Intelligence division at Leidos on Friday, August 10, 2018. Reardon plans to resign from the Reston, Va.-based information technology services contractor to “pursue other business interests,” Leidos officials said in a Friday, July 27, 2018, filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In his current position, Reardon oversees the delivery of platforms and services to defense and intelligence agencies in the cyber, analytics, logistics, national security, enterprise IT and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance areas. He joined Leidos in 2016 from Lockheed Martin, where he held senior leadership positions, including the leader of the Civil, Defense and Intelligence division, and President of the company’s Enterprise Integration office. Reardon previously worked as a CIA officer for a decade before he worked at Lockheed.
