Beverly Laubert sworn in as Director, Ohio Department of Aging

July 11, 2018: Beverly Laubert was officially sworn in as the Director of the Ohio Department of Aging on June 25, 2018, by Gov. John Kasich. Laubert was most recently the department’s Acting Director. Laubert has worked at the Ohio Aging Department for more than twenty years. She was previously the Long-Term Care Ombudsman. She worked for four years as the president of the National Association of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs. Laubert received a bachelor’s degree in gerontology from Kent State University, and a master’s degree in public policy and management from The Ohio State University.
