Joshua Wolson nominated as U.S. District Court Judge for Pennsylvania Eastern District

May 15, 2018: Joshua Wolson was nominated as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Wolson, of Pennsylvania, is a partner at the litigation group of Dilworth Paxson LLP, where he has practiced since 2008. During that time, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters, including antitrust, RICO, intellectual property, procurement and civil rights disputes. He has also worked as a co-chairman of the firm’s Plaintiffs’ Rights Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Before he joined the firm, Wolson practiced at the litigation and antitrust groups of Covington and Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. Wolson received his law degree from the Harvard Law School.
