Clark Jolley appointed as Oklahoma Secretary of Finance, Administration and Information Technology

March 13, 2018: Clark Jolley was appointed as the Oklahoma Secretary of Finance, Administration and Information Technology by Gov. Mary Fallin on Feb. 28, 2018. Jolley, of Edmond, is the Vice Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. In his new post, he succeeds Preston Doerflinger, who resigned in January, 2018. Jolley was previously in the Oklahoma State Senate from 2004 to 2016, and he was the Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee during the last five years. Jolley has also worked as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Christian University and at the Mid-America Christian University. Jolley received two degrees from Oklahoma Baptist University, a law degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a certificate in public treasury management from the National Institute of Public Finance at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
