Gary Schofield confirmed as U.S. Marshal for Nevada

March 9, 2018: Gary G. Schofield was confirmed as a U.S. Marshal for Nevada for a four-year term by the U.S. Senate on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Schofield, of Nevada, is currently the senior vice president of global business development for Secured Communications, LLC. He previously retired in 2017 as a Deputy Chief of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after thirty-two years at the department. Schofield was previously in the U.S. Air Force from 1980 to 1991. He received an M.A. in the administration of criminal justice from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks.
