Katie Price appointed as White House Production Assistant

Jan. 9, 2018: Katie Price has been appointed as a White House Production Assistant at the Communications Office. Price previously worked as a hair and make-up artist for Russia Today and CNN. Price’s current position was created for her in the fall of 2017. At the White House, Price is charged with helping Press Secretary Sarah H. Sanders, Counselor Kellyanne Conway and other White House staff members with their preparation before they appear on television. Price most often works with the communications team, including Raj Shah, Mercedes Schlapp and Hogan Gidley. She has worked with Vice President Pence on at least one occasion. Before she joined the White House, Price had a bridal business, NOVAbelles, which included a “belle of the ball” package with hair, makeup and eyelash extensions clocking in at $1,100. On the now-defunct website, she listed Meredith Vieira as one of her clients. Other freelance clients included television networks like Russia Today, which she listed working for on LinkedIn in February, 2017.
