Matthew Toms appointed as Member, Frederick County, Md., Monocacy Scenic River Citizens Advisory Board

Dec. 7, 2017: Stan Mordensky and Matthew Toms were appointed to Frederick County, Maryland’s Monocacy Scenic River Citizens Advisory Board by Members of the Frederick County Council on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017. Mordensky is a middle school science teacher in Montgomery County, Md., a post he has held for thirty years. He lives along Bush Creek, a tributary to the Monocacy River. Toms is a Walkersville, Md., dairy farmer. Toms' farm borders the Monocacy River.
