Lauren Buschot resigns as U.S. Mint Chief Information Officer

October 11, 2017: Lauren Buschor is set to resign as the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Mint at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Buschor has held the post since 2014. U.S. Mint officials posted a job description for the position at the website on Thursday, October 5, 2017. A e-mail and phone call from Federal News Radio to the Mint asking about details were not returned, and a LinkedIn message and an e-mail message sent to Buschor were not returned either. DeAnna Wynn is the Mint’s Deputy CIO for the Mint, and she was previously the Mint’s Acting CIO from July, 2013, to November, 2013.
