Mark McCollum resigns as Halliburton Chief Financial Officer

June 15, 2017: Christopher Weber has been hired as the Chief Financial Officer at Halliburton, effective on Thursday, June 22, 2017. Weber succeeds Mark McCollum, who resigned more than three months ago. Weber is currently the senior vice president and CFO at Houston-based Parker Drilling Company, a post he has held for four years. Weber is scheduled to resign from Parker on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Weber has more than twenty years of experience in the energy industry, including working as the vice president and treasurer of United Kingdom-based offshore drilling company Ensco PLC. He also worked for Pride International before it was acquired by Ensco and for The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised oil and gas and electric utility companies on strategic, financial and operational issues. McCollum resigned to take the post of chief executive officer at Weatherford International PLC.
